Shipping Policy

Processing Times (TAT):  

  • Orders from the general shop are processed within five business days. 

  • Weekends and holidays are not included in processing times. We observe all federal and state holidays, as well as any announced store closures.  

  • The order date is excluded as a processing day.  

  • TAT refers only to preparation time and does not include shipping duration.  

 

Carrier Responsibility:  
Isly Creations is not responsible for damages, loss, theft, or packages unscanned by USPS. For lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages, please contact the carrier first. If the issue is unresolved, you may reach out to us.  

 

Order Changes & Claims:  

  • For order changes or corrections, email us within 24 hours of purchase—no exceptions.  

  • For items damaged upon arrival, contact us within 48 business hours of delivery, verified through tracking.  

  • All claims must be sent to support@islycreations.com within 48 business hours of delivery, but no later than 72 hours.  

  • For shipping claims, we will adhere to the carrier’s resolution.  

 

Policy Updates:  
Turnaround times and policies are subject to change at the owner’s discretion. If TAT changes, customers will be notified via a mass email.
